A cup of coffee along with a chocolate chip cookie (or two) is one of the few things that renews my faith in humanity. Oatmeal cookies, when done right are perfect as oats lend a soft and chewy texture to the cookie. The chewiness and the nuttiness of the oats, along with the chocolate chips make these a favorite twist on a classic CCC.
